５．EEA地域のお客様で利用者情報の取得を拒否する場合、本アプリHome画面＞[User]＞[Data]＞[Usage Data]設定をOFFに変更してください。利用者情報の取得を拒否された場合、本サービスをご利用いただけない場合がありますのでご注意ください。
６．本サービスは、Google Analyticsを利用して個人を特定せずに本サービスの利用状況を把握・分析いたします。Google社のプライバシーポリシーについてもご確認ください。

７．当運営局は、利用者情報を当運営局の利用目的の範囲において適切に取扱い、管理・保護するよう努めてまいります。利用者情報への不正アクセス・紛失・破壊・改ざん・漏えいなどを予防するためのセキュリティ対策に努めてまいります。
８．当運営局は、利用者情報を当運営局の利用目的において不要となるまで適切に保管いたします。当運営局の利用目的において不要となった利用者情報は速やかに消去いたします。
９．当運営局は、以下の例外を除き、お客様の同意を得ることなく、第三者に利用者情報を開示いたしません。
（１）法令に基づく場合
（２）人の生命・身体・財産の保護のため（お客様の同意を得ることが困難な場合）
（３）公衆衛生・児童の健全な育成のため（お客様の同意を得ることが困難な場合）
